Extreme Face Exercise for Sexy Face

Today i going to share a face exercise for those who wanted to slim down the face. The pictures shown at this blogger website sounds promising and effective. I been doing this face exercise for a while and noticing a more defined face shape. At the first few days your face will feel very sore and eventually it will gets better. No worries, the result definitely worth it . For those who can't understand chinese, please read on :

Above are the before and after pictures showed by this blogger after massaging the face for 2-3 months.

First step : Hold your fingers as shown in the above picture to massage your face.

 Second step : Slowly massage from the middle of the chin up to the both sides of your ear. Please note you will feel some soreness, meaning it's working.

Third Step : Using your last finger as shown above and start massaging from beside of your nose slowly to both sides of your temple in "V" line.

Fourth Step : Using Index finger again and starting from temple and massage horizontally down to the neck 

Please repeat all the steps above for 3 to 5 times for maximum result. The best time for doing this exercise is while washing your face with some facial cleanser/cream.
